A bit more about who we are

NN is a financial services company with a strong presence in 17 European countries and in Japan. We offer life insurance and pension solutions to customers ranging from private individuals to large corporations and institutional investors. At the Dutch pension business unit, located in Rotterdam, we have opportunities for soon-to-be Master graduates, including non-Dutch speaking students. Within the department we have openings in the following teams:

Modelling Services

We develop complex cash flow models using mathematical and actuarial techniques for NN Life. These models are used to estimate the liabilities on our balance sheet, making financial decisions and for external reporting.

IFRS 17

IFRS 17 is the largest change happening within the insurance financial reporting framework. The main goal of the team is to interpret the new IFRS insurance standard correctly and to make financially sound solutions for our reporting systems and processes.

Financial Change

We support, help and facilitate the end-to-end changes for Finance. Projects within the team relate to optimizing, automating, analyzing and implementing reporting processes, with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the reporting process.

Data Management

The Data Management team takes care of all the data quality-related processes and governance within NN Life. This team influences key decisions in the company to improve our data quality.
