The Fotocie Committee is a little community within the FMF, that focuses on capturing the essence of FMF events. We take pictures at every event, whether it's a borrellecture, an escalacie event, or a laser war. It does not matter whether you have ever held a camera in your hands, fotocie is for everyone, and with a bit of enthusiasm you will learn the ways of event photography in no time!
Our pictures serve as a visual chronicle to all of the fun events our members attend, and allow them to look back on the experiences they´ve had. The way our committee works is that we each sign up to take pictures at events throughout the month and attend these. Afterwards, we upload everything from the camera to our website and that is it! You really don´t need much extra time for the committee, especially if you already attend more events. But even if you are not that accustomed to FMF events, Fotocie is a great way to find the courage to go to them. Occasionally, we also organise events like the photohunt or photo workshops.
