The preliminary program of FYSICA 2015 can be found here. The morning of FYSICA 2015 contains plenary lectures. Erik Verlinde (UvA) gives a lecture about 'a new theory of gravity'. His abstract is available here. In the March edition of the NTvN, an article of Erik Verlinde has been published, click at this link for more information on this fascinating topic. Jan Anton Koster (RUG) is going to talk about the Nobel Prize 2014 (LEDs). In the afternoon the winner of the Physica Prize 2015, Marileen Dogterom (TUD), gives the Physica Lecture. You can find her abstract here. During the Young Speakers Contest three young speakers will try to win the approval of the public. The public votes for the winner. Of course companies and institutes are present at the FYSICA-market. The Algemene Ledenvergadering van de NNV and the finals of the SPIN-Bacherlorproject contest both take place during lunch. Focus Sessions The afternoon offers a wide range of topics.
