What?
The brand new Advanced Research Center for Nanolithography (ARCNL) focuses on the fundamental physics involved in current and future key technologies in nanolithography, primarily for the semiconductor industry. ARCNL's program is intimately connected with the interests of semiconductor equipment manufacturer ASML ARCNL is especially interested in the physics of extreme ultraviolet light (EUV) and its use in nanolithography. The center offers challenging positions for PhD students and master internships in a unique research environment where fundamental science meets application. ARCNL scientists are experienced supervisors, who are ready to share their enthusiasm and safeguard the educational targets.
