What do you believe are your strengths and weaknesses? Is this in line with how others see you? Do you have some concrete examples that reflect your core capabilities? In this interactive workshop, we will dig deeper into your personality and your ambitions in order to find out what kind of job or organization fits you. During the workshop we will provide tools that enable you to analyze and reflect on your previous behavior and enable you to change future behavior. After the workshop you will have a better idea about who you are and what you can bring to a team.
