What?

For those who do not know, the open mic gives an opportunity to perform for live audience. The acts can be anything like reciting poetry, playing music, a cooking instruction, or if you dare, giving a ballet performance in your most beautiful tutu. The open mic is accessible for everyone regardless of how good you are.

Of course it is also possible to visit the open mic as audience to see your fellow FMF’ers perform, even non-FMF members are welcome. Tickets can be bought in advance for €2,- and at the door for €3,-. For participants entrance is free. The open mic will take place at Jazzcafé De Spieghel (Peperstraat 11) and it will start at half past 8 pm (doors open at quarter past 8 pm). Besides that, it is possible for the participants to eat together with the committee before the soundcheck starts.
